OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your purchase of any products from us is governed by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions about any of these terms and conditions, please contact us via email at info@anguspure.co.nz or phone us on 0800 ANGUSPURE (0800 264 877).
PRICE AND DELIVERY FEE
Our prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. A delivery fee of $13 is applied to all orders (regardless of value) for delivery in the North Island. A delivery fee of $20 is applied to all orders (regardless of value) for delivery in the South Island.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
You must complete all mandatory fields when ordering. This helps us ensure that we can contact you about your order and deliver the products to you (at your correct address).
You can pay by Visa or MasterCard when you submit your order. We use secure systems to safeguard your details at every step of the way. We don’t hold your credit card details. If you prefer to pay by internet banking, please contact us before placing your order at beef@anguspure.co.nz
Once we process your order, an automated confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. When we deliver your order, you will receive a packing slip showing the weight of your beef together with a GST invoice.
If you have second thoughts about your order, please contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We will try our hardest to meet your request.
SERVICE PROMISE
Our normal delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.
We will deliver the products to the address specified by you at the time of your order. As well as your home address, we are happy to deliver to your workplace. For obvious reasons, we can’t deliver to a PO Box address! To ensure a successful delivery, please notify us as soon as possible if your delivery address, e-mail address or contact telephone details change.
DELAYS
If your delivery is delayed, we will advise you as soon as we discover the delay and tell you of the expected delivery date. If we can’t deliver your order within one week from the time we receive your order, we will gladly cancel your order and refund the purchase price. If you are happy to wait, we will keep your order in our system and let you know as soon as a delivery date is known.
QUALITY AND QUANTITY COMMITMENT
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with our products or you do not receive the products you expected, we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation to your satisfaction. If the issue can’t be resolved, we will happily refund the purchase price paid.
Any refunds by us will be made to the credit card used when you placed your order.

PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may collect information about you when you visit our website. This information may be used to:

We take your privacy seriously and will not pass on your details to anybody else without your consent, other than to enable us to deliver products to you, better our product offering or service or where we are required to by law. You have the right to view your personal details that we hold about you at any time and we will correct any wrong information we hold about you.
Personal information which we collect about you is kept secure and confidential to the best of our ability.
If you have previously ordered from us, we may from time to time e-mail you details of our products and news about AngusPure which we think may be of interest to you. Each e-mail sent will contain an “unsubscribe” link which you can use to stop receiving our e-mails in the future.
