Mantells Mt Eden was started more than 15 years ago by Annette and Colin Mantell. Daughter Jane, son John and partner Tania manage Mantells Mt Eden and Mantells On The Water function centres. Annette [owner of the acclaimed French Cafe for 16 years], plus John and Tania, have years of experience in the preparation and service of fine food. Widely travelled, they bring the latest international food trends to Mantells.
Chefs Angela Parekowhai, Serge Robertson, Mafi Falekaono and Phillip Spilhaus complete our team of full time chefs. Francois Cooney, the city's best known and loved Maitre'D, is the other key member of Mantells.
